The Federal Republic of Somalia has received financing through the Intergovernmental
Development Authority “IGAD” from the African Development Fund hereinafter called the Bank
toward the cost of the Drought Resilience and Sustainable Livelihoods Programme in the Horn
of Africa – Project II (DRSLP II) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under
the contract for Construction/Rehabilitation of Feeder Roads in Puntland: (1) 35km from
Sheerbi to Dhahar (Lot 1), and, (2) 20KM from Dhahar to Hingalool (Lot 2).
