The Intergovernmental Development Authority “IGAD” has received financing from the African Development Fund hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Drought Resilience and Sustainable Livelihoods Programme in the Horn of Africa -Project II (DRSLP II), Save the Children International as the Implementing Agency (IA) intends to apply part of the proceeds of the project toward payments under the contract for Construction/Rehabilitation of Feeder Road in Somaliland – 33KM from Gebiley to Caada (Lot 2).
