SCI wants to enter into a framework agreement with one or more Financial Service Providers (FSP) for the distribution of cash and / or to its beneficiaries in its area of operation. The FSP thus identified will need to undertake cash and/or transfers to the targeted beneficiaries in quick and efficient manner in compliance with SCI rules and regulation and in due coordination with SCI and its other implementing partners. The major objecttive of this partnership will be to support the crisis affected people to meet their immediate lifesaving needs and help reducing their exposure to risk. The action is also expected to stimulate economic activity.

The action will be undertaken in the geographical areas where SCI is working or the areas where there might be further humanitarian needs and SCI decides to intervene. This Framework Agreement is therefore, expected to be a general understanding between the two parties highlighting a general scope of work. A separate agreement will be in place based on the specific scope of work as the need arises. Initially, the FWA will be made for two years but could be extended further depending on the mutual consent

  1. Lot-1: Mobile Money Transfer (Through agent to beneficiary)
  2. Lot-2: Physical Cash Distribution/Transfer (location and beneficiary list will be provided before distribution)

NB: Service providers may bid for Lot 1 and Lot 2 or for both Lots. Deadline for submission 27/01/2022.

The outcome of the tender is Initially 2 years and may extendable based on mutual understanding of both parties.The Framework Agreement does not commit SCI to any purchases or specific volumes.
