The national consultant will be based in Niamey, Niger with occasional travel within the country, subject to prevailing security conditions.
The international consultant will assume a supervisory and leadership role. Responsibilities include providing strategic guidance, facilitating knowledge transfer to the national consultant, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of outputs, and coordinating closely with Plan International Canada and relevant stakeholders. The international consultant will primarily work remotely, with occasional travel to Niamey, Niger, subject to prevailing security conditions.
