Human Appeal (HA) is a non-profit organization working across the globe to strengthen humanity’s struggle against poverty, social injustice and natural disaster through the provision of immediate relief and establishment of sustainable development programs. Now over 28 years, Human Appeal has a presence in 25 countries spanning across 3 continents: Asia, Africa and Europe as well as international offices in Europe and USA. Human Appeal operates in a voluntary organizational framework with a global perspective, and aims to provide the affected communities by emergency assistance, emergency relief and humanitarian programs to contribute to a radical solution to the problems of the needy around the world and is seeking to provide effective solutions to real living challenges faced by vulnerable groups.

هيومن أبيل منظمة غير ربحية تعمل في جميع أنحاء العالم لتعزيز مفهوم الإنسانية ومكافحة الظلم الاجتماعي والكوارث الطبيعية من خلال توفير الإغاثة الفورية وإنشاء برامج للتنمية المستدامة، وتهدف إلى الاستثمار في حلول فعالة حقيقية.

تأسست هيومن أبيل منذ أكثر من 28 عاما، ولديها وجود في 25 دولة تمتد عبر 3 مناطق في: آسيا وإفريقيا والشرق الأوسط بالإضافة إلى المكاتب الدولية في أوروبا والولايات المتحدة. تعمل المنظمة وفق نظام عمل مؤسسي تطوعي يحمل أفقاً عالمياً وتهدف إلى إمداد المتضررين بالمساعدات العاجلة وإنشاء برامج إغاثية وإنسانية طارئة تساهم في حل جذري لمشكلات المعوزين حول العالم وتسعى إلى تقديم حلول فاعلة حقيقية للتحديات المعيشية التي تواجهها الفئات المستضعفة في العالم.

يجب تسليم العطاءات في ظروف مغلقة إلى قسم المشتريات في مكتب هيومن أبيل اليمن – صنعاء – حده- شارع الاستثمار – جوار سكن السفير البريطاني سابقاً.

Specific Eligibility Criteria: معايير الأهلية المحددة:                                                                               

Eligibility criteria must be met and the corresponding supporting documents listed below under “Tender Submittals” must be submitted with offers. Bidders who do not submit these documents will be disqualified from any further technical or financial evaluation.

يجب استيفاء معايير الأهلية ويجب تقديم المستندات الداعمة المذكورة والمدرجة أدناه تحت عنوان ” الوثائق الواجب تقديمها للمناقصة ” مع العروض. سيتم استبعاد مقدمي العروض الذين لا يقدمون هذه المستندات من أي تقييم فني أو مالي.

معايير الأهلية: Eligibility Criteria:
1.   بطاقة سجل تجاري سارية المفعول.

2.   بطاقة ضريبية سارية المفعول.

3.   بطاقة زكوية سارية المفعول.

4.   رخصة مزاولة مهنة- سارية المفعول.

5.   ترخيص من الجهات ذات العلاقة  – ساري المفعول.

6.   ضمان إبتدائي 5000 دولار.

جميع المستندات المطلوبة أعلاه لكلاً من صنعاء و عدن.

 1.    Have Valid Business Registration Card.

2.    Have Valid Tax Card.

3.    Have Valid Zakat Card.

4.    Profession certificate Valid.

5.    Valid permission from related authority.

6.       Initial bank guarantee of $5000.

All above should be for both Sana’a and Aden.

شروط تقديم العطاء :

  1. لن يُنظر في أي طلبات تُقدم بعد الموعد النهائي.
  2. سيتم استبعاد العروض المقدمة عبر البريد الإلكتروني ولن يتم النظر فيها.
  3. يجب تقديم عطائكم باستخدام النماذج المرفقة، و سيتم استبعاد العطاءات غير المطابقة للنماذج.
  4. يجب أن تحتوي كافة المستندات والنماذج في العطاء المقدم للمناقصة على ختم المورد.
  5. يجب تعبئة كافة المرفقات بالبيانات المطلوبة.
  6. يجب ان يتم التسعير بعملة الدولار الأمريكي.
  7. يجب أن تظل الأسعار المقدمة سارية لمدة لا تقل عن (90) يوماً من تاريخ فتح المظاريف.
  8. سيتم إستبعاد أي عطاء مخالف لمعايير الأهلية و شروط تقديم العطاء الموضحة أعلاة.

Bid submission conditions:

  1. Any submission after the deadline date and time will not be considered.
  2. No Offers could submitted by emails.
  3. The bid must be submitted using the attached forms and annexes.
  4. All Bid forms and documents related to this tender must be stamped .
  5. All documents must be filled in with the required data.
  6. Pricing must be done in US.
  7. The submitted prices must remain valid for a period of not less than one hundred and eighty (90) days from the date of bid opening.
  8. Any bid that does not meet the eligibility criteria and the terms and conditions for submitting bids outlined above will be excluded.
