Invitation to Tender (ITT): PROCT-489 – Supply of Family Tents
ShelterBox invites qualified suppliers to submit proposals for the manufacture and supply of Geodesic Family Tents and UN Family Tents (Eco-Design) under fixed-price Framework Agreements. The Framework Agreements will have an initial term of two (2) years, with an option to extend for a further one (1) year.
Family tents are a core component of ShelterBox’s emergency shelter assistance programmes. Through this tender, ShelterBox seeks to establish long-term partnerships with suppliers capable of delivering high-quality and durable family shelter solutions. Successful suppliers will support both strategic stock pre-positioning activities and direct shipments to emergency responses and programme locations worldwide.
This ITT is divided into the following two lots, suppliers may submit proposals for one or both lots:
- Lot 1: Geodesic Family Tent
- Lot 2: UN Family Tent (Eco-Design)
