ChildData is Plan International’s global child sponsorship management system. Introduced in 2007 and enhanced since, it underpins child information management, sponsorship operations and sponsor communications.
Plan is seeking support to review this system, which is required because supporting technology is ageing, specialist skills are scarce, integration complexity and technical debt are increasing, and the platform constrains analytics, AI and prospective sponsorship operating models. The engagement will provide an independent, evidence-based recommendation to support an executive investment decision.
