It is the intent of this RFP to secure competitive proposals to select a third-party monitoring Agency(s) for the International Rescue Committee ChlorAction project. The ChlorAction project is a multi-country pilot that aims to expand access to safe drinking water through the deployment of in-line chlorination devices at community water points in Nigeria, Chad, and Somalia.
