. The Intergovernmental Authority on Development “IGAD” has received financing from the
African Development Fund hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Drought
Resilience and Sustainable Livelihoods Programme in the Horn of Africa, Project II (DRSLP
II). Save the Children International as an Implementing Agency (IA) intends to apply part of the
proceeds of the project toward payments under the contract for the Construction of Borehole
Ancillary Structures (2) in Ainabo District in Somaliland – Gawsaweyne village (1) &
Kaarta-habreed village (1).
2. Save the Children International, Hargeisa office now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders
for the Construction of Borehole Ancillary Structures (2) in Ainabo District in
Somaliland – Gawsaweyne village (1) & Kaarta-habreed village (1) within a 5-month
completion period.
