The Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) has received financing from the
African Development Fund, hereinafter called the Bank, toward the cost of the Drought
Resilience and Sustainable Livelihoods Programme in the Horn of Africa, Project II (DRSLP
II). Save the Children International, as an Implementing Agency (IA), intends to apply part of
the proceeds of the project toward payments under the contracts for the Construction/
Rehabilitation of Ten (10) Sand dams in the Awdal Region in Somaliland (Two Lots).
