The purpose of this consultancy is to support development of a National Strategic Plan for Arboviruses of Public Health Concern that incorporates the needs and recommendations of all relevant national stakeholders, through a fully participative consultative process led by the MoH of Cote d’Ivoire, to provides the background, threat description of each of the viruses concerned and its etiology, with guidelines for surveillance, control, outbreak prevention and control, as well as required staffing and budget.
