The implementation of the project is assigned to a consortium of several local and international agencies, in addition to two state entities: Solidarites International, French Red Cross, Lebanese Red Cross, the CNRS (national council for scientific research) and the DRMU (the national disaster risk management unit). The geopgraphical perimeter of the project application is in the north Area, more specifically on the Ostouan River basin in the Akkar governorate; And in the Bekaa area, more specifically in the Ghozayel River basin in the Bekaa Governorate.
The following assignment is composed of two parts commissioned by the Project Consortium; One part is generic, and its related to the Midterm evaluation of the project as a whole, while the second part of the assignement, is a closer, deeper, more detailed examination of the CBDRM (Community Based Disaster Risk Management) model.
