Mid-Weight to Senior Graphic Designer Deliverables

Lead Design Projects:

  • Work on design briefs for large, multi-channel campaigns, at a fast pace, maintaining brand identity while pushing creative boundaries and managing projects online using Asana.

Creative Strategy and Consultation:

  • Provide strategic input on visual storytelling, offering suggestions to optimise designs for various platforms and audiences, using Asana for task management.
  • Collaborate with the Project Coordinator or Content Manager of the Global Comms Team to translate campaign goals into compelling, effective designs.

High-Level Design Execution:

  • Produce high-quality, polished designs for reports, large-scale marketing campaigns, donor communications, and fundraising materials, working independently as an offsite contributor.
  • Ensure a seamless, consistent look and feel across all assets, enhancing the organization’s visual identity through remote feedback loops and iterations.

Advanced Proficiency in Design Tools:

  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) with the ability to quickly develop and execute complex ideas remotely using screen sharing and online collaboration.
  • Advanced understanding of design principles, typography, and layout across digital and print platforms, ensuring cohesive creative work while working independently from an offsite location.

Suitable Backgrounds:

  • Agency Experience: Designers who have worked in creative or marketing agencies, handling complex, high-volume projects remotely and managing tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • In-House Creative Teams: Experience working as part of in-house creative teams remotely, especially for medium to large organizations, handling branding and campaign visuals.
  • Experience with Digital and Print: A strong background in both digital (social media, web design, email marketing) and print (brochures, banners, etc.) to produce a wide variety of content.
