Tearfund is seeking to tender for the renewal of the Corporate Insurance Broker service provider contract. Tearfund is seeking to enter into a 3 year agreement with the option to extend 1 year at a time for a further 3 years.

Tearfund’s current insurance policies run until the end of March 2026. We are looking to start working with a broker from December 2025, in order to rebroker all these policies to begin as of 1st April 2026. We have a budget of approximately £20k per year for the broker fee and any increase must be in line with market conditions. 

The Insurance Broker must be able to provide  a wide range of insurances which can be viewed in the tender document. 

Tearfund use the procure-to-pay software, Coupa, to manage our tenders. If you are interested in participating in the tender please email procurement@tearfund.org with a contact name and email address by 15th October. We will then add you to the tender on Coupa where you will be able to indicate your intention to participate, see the full tender details and instructions, and submit your bid on Coupa.

Bids must be submitted through Coupa by the deadline of 17:00 (UK time) on Friday 17th October 2025.
