Tearfund is seeking to enter into a contract with an organisation with two consultants providing a study surrounding self-help groups (SHGs). This contract could be with the lead consultant instead.

Aim of the study: To understand and communicate better the role of SHGs in responding to the impacts of Covid 19 including partial and full lockdowns and how they can be helped to be even more effective and resilient.

All instructions can be found in the attached ‘Request for Quotation’ document.

Quotes should be submitted by email to thomas.giblin@tearfund.org and must be clearly marked with the reference: ‘Self-Help Groups Consultancy’ in the subject line, email text and any attachments. Quotes received after the closing date and time specified will not be included in the evaluation.
