Due to Ukraine Crisis by end of February 2022, damaged to water supply and sewage facilities is hampering affected population to access to essential services specially to water and sanitation, and Save the Children have been requested by Ukrainian Association of Water Supply and Sewerage Enterprises “UKRVODOKANALEKOLOHIIA” to support their members in affected area to repair and improve their damaged water supply and sewage system. Moreover, as part of emergency response to this Ukraine Crisis, Save the Children aims to support member of vodokanal in affected area by providing water supply and sewage system equipment specially water and drainage pumps, and repair tools specially welding equipment with quantity and quality that based on technical assessment in each site and meets the standards of both, Ukrainian and EU regulations in a sustainable manner. To be able to restore water supply and sewage facilities immediately with lead to reduce public health risk, Save the Children will be required these goods / items to be delivered to Save the Children’s warehouse in Ukraine (Lviv, Kiev or Dnipro) at least two weeks after signing the purchase order.
