v2 Invitation to Tender (ITT) for Audit Management System
Save the Children International (SCI) is looking to procure and implement an audit management solution that can help us to automate and bring together as many of our systems and processes to increase the team’s interoperability, efficiency and effectiveness in the following areas:
System/Tools:
- User-friendly system for staff and auditees, that
- integrates modules and tools for audit management to increase simplicity and efficiency of internal audit process activities/ documentation;
- consolidates and provides functionality for as many audit management activities (see section 2.4 for existing systems and tools) as possible
- All internal audits delivered following a consistent and more efficient approach
- Effort reporting (time tracker) is held in a more reliable system
Data:
- Dedicated storage locations to enable efficient recall of supporting material, with reduced risk of information loss
- Visibility and improved knowledge management and quality assurance across all entities of Save the Children, while retaining security and independence of stored information
- Vendor compliance with The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and The Patriot Act
Process:
- Single centralised system that is able to hold audit data across all entities of Save the Children
- A system that can support and adopt any troubleshooting requirements, to future-proof GA activities future-proof activities and mitigate the effects of internal changes that could potentially disrupt the expertise required to manage functionalities
People:
- Training capabilities to orient and train GA staff and auditees so they are able to use the software. Global assurance currently has 20 positions across 4 global hubs, that would require user access to an audit management system and will require viewing access for auditee staff who sit within member and implementing offices across the globe.
