Save the Children International (SCI) invites you to tender for the provision of Healthcare Commodities (Pharmaceuticals) Items for Bangladesh CO. The tender pack has been specifically created to provide you with all the information required to understand SCI’s requirements, and complete a response to the tender, should you wish.
Outcome of Tender; Framework Agreement (Fixed Price or Non-Fixed Price) – the successful supplier(s) will be awarded a ‘Framework Agreement’. Within the Framework Agreement the terms of supply (e.g. indemnities, liabilities, warranties etc.) shall be agreed, as will the conditions of supply (e.g. specifications, lead times etc.). The Framework Agreement does not commit SCI to any purchases or specific volumes. Any future purchases which will be completed under separate Purchase Orders which will be governed and linked to the original Framework Agreement. The Framework agreement will be conducted for two years with an option to extend for 1 more year subject to review of the supplier performance
Responses should be submitted no later than 03:00pm ON 11/08/2024 using the Bidder Response Document provided in Part 3 of the tender pack.
