The purpose of this request for proposal is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified consultants to provide technical consultancy services for quantitative data analysis and programmatic cost analysis as part of the PIV evaluation.
The selected consultant will be responsible for conducting the quantitative analysis of evaluation data related to Specific Objectives 2 and 5 (OE2 and OE5), as well as the programmatic cost analysis of the PIV (OE4). The assignment will require ensuring methodological rigor, alignment with the study protocol, and the production of reproducible analytical outputs.
Data collection will be conducted by the project team. The consultant will be responsible for consolidating research variables, cleaning and integrating datasets, and performing the technical analysis of the evaluation data, ensuring the quality, consistency, and reproducibility of the results.
Within this context, Malaria Consortium intends to recruit a Senior Consultant to support the consolidation, management, and analysis of evaluation data, as further detailed in the subsequent sections of this RFP.

Proposals must be received by 27 March 2026 at 23h59 CAT (Central Africa Time). Proposals received after the specified deadline will not be considered.
Proposals must include:
1. CV highlighting relevant experience.
2. A 1–2-page technical proposal outlining the approach and timeline.
3. Two samples of similar work (if available)
4. Financial proposal (daily rate and estimated LOE)
