It is the intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) to secure competitive proposals from capable specialist consultants or firms with expertise in strategy and organisational performance measurement. The objective is to develop a performance measurement framework and system that translates our strategy into actionable and measurable results.

Bids must be received by Sunday, 27 July 2025 at 23:59 (11:59 PM) Anywhere on Earth (AoE). Bids submitted after the deadline will NOT be accepted. Please note that the bid might be closed early if a suitable candidate is found before the deadline.
