Human Appeal invites you to tender to become a preferred supplier for Supplying and delivering fig trees and agricultural tools to farmers in Nineveh-Iraq This tender pack has been specifically created to provide you with all the information required to understand Human appeal requirements, and complete a response to the tender.

Scope of Work

  1.  The products are for a humanitarian project in the Nineveh governorate, supported by HA-UK.
  2. Human Appeal will share the delivery schedule with GPS and notify the winning vendor if an alternative region is added.
  3. The 37 registered farmers/Beneficiaries  in Nineveh will get trees and tools after completing human appeal training courses.

How to Apply:

  • Any vendors who have a valid registration in the regions of Iraq or Kurdistan are encouraged to apply and without official registration will be neglect.
  • All bids, must made in English, along with the completed tender form, must be sent to the following email address: IQ24-92901.tender@humanappeal.org.uk  ,Alternatively, originals, sealed and with an included envelope, must be handed by hand to the Human Appeal office in Building 1159, Erbil, Dream City, no later than 5:00 PM 23-Jan-2025 .Bids received after the deadline will be rejected.
  • Please be sure to submit both your technical and financial bids in separate, sealed envelopes /all in one package.
  • Your email must have the subject line “IQ24-92901 Tender“; emails without a topic title will be rejected.
  • Only local currency- IQD will be used to quote the given pricing.
  • The price offer in the tender is valid and up for acceptance for thirty days after the deadline for submitting the tender, without modification.
