In addition, bidders must complete, sign, and stamp the attached Intent to Bid Form and return it by 5th October 2026 through email to GFFclarification@rescue.org
This signed form must be included in the full bid submission package. Only bidders who have completed the online form and returned the signed form by the stated deadline will be eligible to receive updates, clarifications, or additional information related to this tender.

Completed bid documents (technical and financial proposals, Business Continuity and Agility Case, and, if applicable, the Gift/Service In Kind section) must be submitted electronically to GFFprocurement@rescue.org, quoting IRC RFP – #GFF20260928 – GSC – 02 – [Bidder Name] as the subject of the e-mail. In addition to filled and signed Intent to Bid and Vendor Information forms, Signed Conflict of Interest and Supplier Code of Conduct, Scope of Work, Watchlist Countries annexes.
