Tearfund is inviting proposals from vendors to supply print and fulfilment services across two lots.
Bidders are invited to submit proposals for an individual lot or both lots. Each lot will be evaluated independently.
Lot A:
Fulfillment of Supporter resources (also referred to as Orders) – for example, water bottles, t-shirts, giving envelopes and posters.
Lot B:
Direct mailings to UK-based Tearfund supporters across various supporter journeys to introduce different areas of our work or to update consent for marketing communications.
Tearfund uses the procure-2-pay software Coupa to Manage Tenders. If you are interested in participating in the tender please email procurement@tearfund.org with a contact name and email address. We will then add you to the tender on Coupa where you will be able to indicate your intention to participate, see the full tender details and instructions and submit your bid.
