People in Need (PIN) invites qualified bidders to submit offers for the implementation, configuration, technical support and maintenance of the Early Warning System (EWS). Full technical requirements are provided in the tender documentation (Annex 1 β ToR). The successful bidder will be awarded a fixedβprice Framework Agreement (FWA) with a duration of 24 months.
