People in Need (PIN) invites qualified bidders to submit offers for the implementation, configuration, technical support and maintenance of the Early Warning System (EWS). Full technical requirements are provided in the tender documentation (Annex 1 – ToR). The successful bidder will be awarded a fixed‑price Framework Agreement (FWA) with a duration of 24 months.
Submission of bids: Electronic offers must be submitted to the tender inbox: secure.bid@peopleinneed.net. This address is used only for bid submission and will be opened after the tender deadline. Email subject format: CZEC002059 / [Bidder Name] / [Date]. Attachments must be clearly labelled; maximum email size is 15 MB.
Clarification questions: All questions must be sent to procurement@peopleinneed.net. Questions can be submitted until 6 April 2026, 16:00 CEST.
