Request for quotes for a photography/videography consultant to capture content from Malaria Consortium’s work in Burkina Faso.
The SMC External Relations (ER) Manager is planning to visit Burkina Faso in mid-September to observe and learn about the delivery of the SMC and Zero-dose project in Boussé and Saponé districts (and possibly in Boulmiougou district), as well as to visit the country office and a research facility (if possible) in Ouagadougou. The primary role of the local English and French-speaking videography/photography consultant is to accompany the SMC ER Manager during the visit, and act as her translator and interviewer, photographer and videographer, to capture and develop high-quality communications materials during the delivery of the SMC and Zero-dose project from 17–20 September, including photographs, videos, stakeholder interviews and testimonials. Fluency in both spoken and written French and English is essential (with local language/dialect a plus).
Quotes should be sent to tenders@malariaconsortium.org by 30 August 2026, 12:00PM UK time. Quotes should include your rate for travel, photography/videography and editing. Please also provide examples of your work and experience when submitting your quote, together with your CV. The successful candidate will ideally have a background in journalism and/or public relations and experience of capturing photos, videos and interviews for INGOs. Hotel accommodation and per diem could be provided by Malaria Consortium if the candidate lives outside of the capital or far away from the project sites, if needed, so please do not include these in your quote.
We will conduct interviews via Microsoft Teams and select the consultant in early September 2026.
