Solidarités International (SI) is an independent humanitarian organization providing life-saving assistance to populations affected by conflict, disasters, epidemics, and economic crises worldwide. SI is seeking a qualified service provider to support its global Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA) programmes through a digital payment and technology solutions.
- Objective of the Tender
SI intends to establish a Framework Agreement with one or more qualified service providers capable of delivering a comprehensive digital platform and associated services for the implementation of Cash and Voucher Assistance programmes across multiple countries of operation.
The selected provider(s) shall demonstrate:
- Robust digital payment and voucher management solutions.
- Integration with financial service providers and payment mechanisms.
- Strong data protection and GDPR compliance.
- Comprehensive reporting and reconciliation capabilities.
- Technical support and user assistance.
- Capacity to operate across multiple SI countries of intervention.
