This tender pack has been specifically designed to give you all the information you need to understand Human Appeal’s requirements and complete a response to the tender. Human Appeal is inviting you to submit a bid to become a preferred supplier for Supplying and delivering Grafted Ashore Pistachio saplings and agricultural tools to farmers in Nineveh-Iraq.
Scope of Work

  1. All of the items are for a humanitarian initiative in Nineveh governorate -Iraq, and, which will be funded by Human appeal UK.
  2. Delivery will take place in Nineveh and Human Appeal will share the delivery schedule with the successful Vendor.

.The delivery locations will be finalized in coordination with the selected vendor after the contract is awarded. Vendors should anticipate deliveries to areas such as Shora, Sinjar, Yarmouk, Qayarra, and other nearby locations in Nineveh governorate.

 How to Apply:

  • Any vendors who have a valid registration in the regions of Iraq or Kurdistan are encouraged to apply and those who do not will be disregarded.
  • All bids, limited to those made in English, along with the completed tender form, must be sent to the following email address:  IQ25-92901.tender@humanappeal.org.uk, Alternatively, originals, sealed and with an included envelope, must be handed by hand to the Human Appeal office in Building 1159, Erbil, Dream City, no later than 3:00 PM 23/September/2025 Bids received after the deadline will be rejected.
  • Please be sure to submit both your technical and financial bids in separate, sealed envelopes /all in one package.
  • Your email must have the subject line “IQ25-92901 Tender” emails without a topic title will be returned unread.
  • Only local currency- IQD will be used to quote the given pricing.
  • The price offer in the tender is valid and up for acceptance for thirty days after the deadline for submitting the tender, without modification.
